That year Robin competed some events in GP2 winning a race in his only 2nd event! The last years of single seaters was 2014 being the F1 test & reserve driver for Caterham.
After a difficult last year in sigle seaters with very little driving the switch to GT racing was made for the 2015 season. And once again this decision was rewarded with a title. The Blancpain GT series driver championship on his debut year. Robin contested the Blancpain Sprint & Endurance series with WRT Audi Customer racing. 2016 is ongoing and Robin competes in a dual program. I feel good within the Audi Motorsport family and I’m convinced that I can achieve my long term goals with them. Also the trust the Andretti family have in me regarding their Formula E project feels fantastic.”
